HOW OFFERS WORK

Offer terms.

Side Street displays limited-time deals and recurring specials from independent Pittsburgh-area businesses, collected by our operator or submitted by businesses. We review submissions before they appear, but the business providing an offer remains responsible for honoring its details.

Before you go

Check each offer’s dates, recurring schedule, eligibility, and restrictions. Times use America/New_York (Pittsburgh time), including daylight saving time. “Available now” follows the published offer schedule and does not guarantee the business is open or that an item or appointment remains available. Availability, inventory, hours, prices, and redemption rules can change. Confirm the offer with the business before making a special trip.

Using an offer

Unless an offer says otherwise, present its details to the business before purchase. The business may ask to see the listing. Side Street does not sell, fulfill, or guarantee offers and does not process payments.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Saving an offer does not reserve it or extend its dates. You can delete your Side Street account and saved deals in account settings.

Community recommendations

Vote only from your own experience with a place. Each account can hold one recommendation per place, which you can change or remove. Do not use multiple accounts, paid or incentivized votes, coordinated voting, or votes about a business you own or represent to influence its rating. Ratings are community opinions and do not guarantee quality or availability. Contact Side Street with a place link if you suspect abuse.

For business owners

Submit only offers you’re authorized to make. Provide accurate dates and terms, and contact Side Street if an offer changes or should be taken down. Offers are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed if they cannot be verified, are expired, or are misleading.

Corrections

If a listing appears inaccurate, use “Something changed?” in the offer details to report it, and contact the business before relying on it. Side Street may update or remove listings at any time.

These plain-language operating terms are an MVP draft, not a substitute for legal review before commercial launch.
